4: USER-TO-OPERATOR COMMUNICATION
The PLEASE command also allows users to communicate requests to operators.
In this example, the user has sent a request to the operators asking for a
tape be mounted on the drive, and the operator used the UTILTY program to
notify the user when the handling of their request is complete.
