Chillspark

A chillspark is a less-common type of living spell arising from the combination of two unique sorcerer spells: breath of winter and leaping lightning.[1] This living spell resembles a lightning bolt when it leaps from point to point.[1] The chillspark can slam nearby foes, causing freezing injuries that briefly slow them down, and launch lightning strikes to attack from a distance.
