@[email protected] attempted murder x6

£100- posted by Seraphine

@Transbian_Arsonists @kouett i feel like this detail brings it to the funniest thing ive seen all month
@Transbian_Arsonists @kouett also the fact its this low implies they were authorised to be on the railway in the first place (otherwise it would be £1000 for trespassing)
@CauseOfBSOD @[email protected] maybe its in scotland

@Transbian_Arsonists @kouett is the fine lower there?
@CauseOfBSOD @[email protected] tresspassing isnt a thing except in specific protected sites

@Transbian_Arsonists @kouett oh yeah right

i would have thought that the railways would be protected as critical infrastructure (or at least as a "dont go here you fucking idiot" type deal)

@CauseOfBSOD @[email protected] protected sites are pretty much exclusively historical or natural (or military)

@Transbian_Arsonists @kouett ah so stuff that really really matters then
@Transbian_Arsonists @kouett i suppose most people have the sense not to go on the railway outside of a train except for to cross a level crossing. at least id hope so.
@Transbian_Arsonists @kouett then again you see RAIB reports and safety digests on collisions and near misses, as well as videos online of near misses.
