What happens when they want to turn it on and unlock it?

I mean - in Czech (probably EU) you don't have to produce ANY evidence that could criminalize you. It's in constitiution. (or something like that, I'm not a lawyer)

How would that work in US?🤔

Use a good passcode to lock phone, and set auto-lock in a short time.
If you have to use your phone keep a thumb or finger on the lock button just in case someone grabs it from behind you.
Check your settings to shut off location and AI bullshit, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

If you use the Signal app it can be locked separately with a passcode as well.
