People got extremely angry over a single blog post having a first draft written by an LLM, despite it being rewritten entirely before publishing. There is at least one accepted RFC that started the same way. As best as I know, that was not public knowledge until now.

I'm deliberately not disclosing which RFC was initially drafted by an LLM, as it's not relevant. Just know that it's far more pervasive than you realize. It's no reason to attack someone, personally or professionally.

@jhpratt is there any proof that it has been rewritten entirely? Because it still very obviously read as a nothing burger of jargon written by an LLM.

Is it possible that we constantly have an internal calculator running: you spent time/effort, hence, I can spent. But LLM use is equal to you not spending any effort. If my calculator finds out, it turns on rage, as it was fooled.

In Cheasus Christ Super Start, there are words, "Judas, would you betray me with a kiss".
Somehow this is the feeling, when you ask me to read LLM output.
No. You should read and understand it, and bring to my attention something prepped.
