What's your decision process, broadly, for making awards?
@tomstafford I'm going to say, "traditional", but dependent in some of the details on the funder.
The most recent process I've been involved with culminated with a young persons portfolio build - once the long list of fundable projects was established, we invited a group of young people (representing the target participant group) to whittle that down to the final list.
