There is a youtube video about this issue, not quite if it is the same sub, however it is NOT an isolated problem, there seems to be a lot of dumped radioactive material, in the ocean, a ticking time bomb.

Really not good, esp as some of these leaks are near fishing grounds which means radiation has a way to enter the food chain via radioactive isotopes.
