I've been getting what appear to be 2FA texts from Facebook*. But, as far as I can tell, my Facebook account doesn't know my phone number**.

(*I don't use Facebook, but haven't deleted my account yet.

**I'm old, so my Facebook account predates the pervasiveness of using your phone number for everything)
