Tonight in dinner: yet another vegetable soup. Leek, celery, tomato, mushroom, onion, shallot, celery and a bit too much quinoa 😬 - tastes great, but I will definitely be adding more broth later.

@paparatti I have never managed to add the right amount of quinoa to a vegetable soup.
@cameron I think I learned tonight that less is a safe bet. But too much doesn't make it bad, it just makes it less soup-y.
