The Toyota BZ4X has been refreshed with more range. In short, the "Pure" spec has 591 km WLTP range for $56,990. That's $16k less than the previous model and they're supposedly arriving to dealerships now. Very happy to see a really decent EV offering from Toyota at last. Tows 1.5 tonnes too.

@KiwiEV Thanks much for this. This is the one we're looking to buy, none available for test drives yet. Wondering how realistic the 591km range is, knowing your past caveats on WLTP.

Trophy Housemate met one on the street recently and was pleased with the size. She previously thought it was a really huge SUV. Hoping you review the 2026 bZ4x soon.
