Like, one of the big consulting opportunities in the mid 2030s* is going to be migrating people from Solaris 11 to one of the Illumos distros, because the latter is the _actual_ upgrade over Solaris 10.
[*] Because, of course, rather than fixing their timestamps, oracle is ending support in 2036.
