Independent MNA and former Coalition Avenir Québec minister Maïté Blanchette Vézina is joining the ranks of the Quebec Conservatives. The new addition — once made official — will give the party its lone MNA at the National Assembly. Until now, leader Éric Duhaime had to be invited by a sitting member to hold press briefings there.
