Why do military men, like Philip Ingram here, think that the moral resolution of military men is so much stronger than that of civilians? 🤔

If Trump issues illegal orders, US Generals and Admirals, the tough they are, won't stand up to him: they'll resign, as it is customary for US Generals when they disagree with the political leadership. And then enjoy their lavish pensions.
