This is terrible. Here in the US I believe it is up to the local orgs, but I personally know one NB AMAB kid in Girl Scouts and this is what the Eastern Massachusetts branch has to say on inclusion (which is basically everyone except cis-boys):

@teruterubozu In **SCOTLAND**? Is that legal?

In England and Wales, I can understand that it may be, but in Scotland surely this is illegal discrimination?
