I was chatting with a coworker who said they used to feel overworked but now get feedback on how on top of things they are from peers.

The difference is they spent time creating multiple dedicated Claude agents for various tasks and delegating work to them.

I’ve since learned that given agent context gets filled up over time it’s best to give them dedicated roles for optimal performance. Your coding agent shouldn’t also be your meeting summary agent, etc.

@carnage4life business degrees were a tour of the various disciplines, and skill building in managing people and human processes. The new curriculum must add bots and hybrid processes to existing disciplines ("how to supervise your 1000 direct reports"). Must rethink each discipline's doctrine as underlying economics, social compacts, legal frameworks, politics, organization dynamics are challenged by these waves of industrial technology. I don't see any B-schools stepping up.
