The US is paying a billion dollar bribe to Total to abandon wind farm projects off the US coast, to invest in fossil fuels instead. The orange does NOT like wind energy, or anything that cuts into the profits of his fossil fuel donors, especially during an oil crisis he's engineered to hike prices.
