West Oakland BART should be a transit hub for everything on the east bay. The whole neighborhood should have way more resources. It should be more walkable. There should be better road design, traffic calming, bike lanes. I can dream, I guess.

@skinnylatte whenever I hear "West Oakland" I think of this one guy's tilapia and greens growing operation that was getting written up a bunch about ten years ago. As best as I can tell it's still going.
