We're currently in the 1 week every year where my biorhythm makes me wake up all energetic and ready to take on the day at 7am, for a perfect pre-workday morning.
Unfortunately this weekend the clocks move forward so as of next week I'll be my constantly late overtired self again...

@MissTungsten That’s actually how I live and spent the last 20 years learning how to control it.

I finally manage to live almost normally by shifting sleeping cycles every 2 weeks. Cycle 1 is identical to the light/sun cycle, and cycle 2 is the anti/opposite of that. Even at work they get it now, and I’m lucky my line of work allows it.
