Enmity | 樫島LOVE♥️I followed this manga review blog cuz I'm interested in recommendations but I'm surprised a review on it said the nudity scenes in Bokurano are supposed to be sexy... Like. Are they? The artist's style is just deeply uncanny, no offense but I'm not sure he can make characters look sexy even if he tried which is why he wisely sticks to drawing mechs and airplanes instead.
I also felt like the critique was a bit shallow and flat, like it comes in with pre-conceived expectations of what a good story should be and tries to slot the work into that framing instead of trying to meet the story where it's at and then judging whether it accomplishes its objectives or not. But on the other hand that can be simply a matter of me not agreeing with the verdict, it's a difference of ratings. And blogging is kinda dead right now so I can't really be picky when it comes to reviewers, I guess.
