@darkphoenix Hope you get closer answers but I heard good stuff about Pavo in Essen.
Recently tried them the first time, it was a nice experience (but not a cheap one) and the prices are not gendered. But I only got my ends trimmed, so I can't say much about guidance regarding hair styles and such.
