JarnoSo after expanding my #zfs mediapool yesterday, today I will implement a new backup scheme (hopefully). I will use a 6TB USB3 disk for automated backups of my most important data.
After reusing some of my disks yesterday I have to ‘fallback’ to using an external usb disk. Old situation was data -> internal backup to mirrored vdev -> biweekly backup to external disks (via usb to data adapter). But with these hdd prices I can’t justify it anymore when I have the need for raw storage 😂
