Tom BortelsOne ATC anywhere is insufficient. ATCs are human and need restroom breaks and other time; if the airport cannot be left unmanaged, you should have multiple staff.
The folks who run La Guardia should know better. In fact, they do. Blame lies squarely on their shoulders.
