Automating tasks.
It feels like roles are getting replaced.
So the question becomes real.
How do you stay relevant?
Here is the shift.
AI is not replacing people.
It is replacing predictable work.
Anything repetitive.
Anything rule-based.
Anything that can be systemised.
Also, build what machines cannot build.
Relationships.
The stronger your network, the stronger your relevance.
And keep doing one more thing consistently.
Learn.
Unlearn.
Adapt.
Because the half-life of skills is shrinking.
What works today may not work tomorrow.
You do not have to sacrifice your career to AI.
But you do have to stay in motion.
So instead of asking if AI will replace you, ask something more useful.
