Anything under 25 should be considered a child.

Anyone > 65 should be considered senile until proven otherwise. After all, it’s not kids that get scammed out of their retirement funds.

That’s not my opinion, but it might lead to changes.

Kids don’t have retirement funds. If they did, and they had free access to them, they would definitely get scammed out of them.
