Easy to follow instructions on their website that worked, first time. I used the Web-based USB installer with the Brave browser.

Man, I have an old Samsung phone around that could really be my first candidate to install it, but I'm pretty afraid of bricking it [1]... how "scary" was it for you? Was it the first time you flashed it to a phone?

[1] contrast this anxiety with the safety of installing Linux on a laptop, where you can eff-up your setup countless times, and yet the hardware will still be fully usable, and just a fresh reinstall away.

@kzimmermann @matthew GOS is currently Pixel-only, although they are working with Motorola to include some of their phones.
