Let yourself be bad at art. Be bad, and eventually you’ll end up a little better - or not - and that’s ok.

I see everything that’s wrong with my first embroidery- but I had so much fun making it! And I’m proud of it, despite the wonkiness of those lines. And it’s perfectly acceptable in the end, I just needed to let go of wanting it to be perfect to get it done.
