Charles Eckman@artemis I tried this but got hit with a CBP investigation. Turns out the way the law is written, the tarrifs cover temporal boundaries as well as spatial.
The really annoying thing is continuity- with all the on-and-off nonsense recently there have been like five distinct tarrifs applied. Luckily I was able to import some from a couple decades from now, which wound up being cheaper (and got me the capital to set the business up in the first place)
