#KateBush's The Red Shoes is one of my favourite albums. It contains a number of beautiful songs, such as the gorgeous Moments of Pleasure, a song about grief. Towards the end of this song she lists various names of friends and relations she has lost, including her aunt, her guitarist, one of her dancers, a sound engineer from Abbey Road, a lighting engineer, and film director Michael Powell.

Yes, I played those first two albums till the vinyl wore out, Never Forever too. The Man With The Child In His Eyes is a stunningly beautiful song and I remember thinking about her age when writing it in amazement when reading about it.
I think if you wanted a definition of 'artistic integrity' then "Kate Bush" would do nicely.
