What's your favorite veggie side dish during Passover?

Parsley in salt water.

@serge That is good, but veggie selection isn't limited to the seder symbols.

No I legit eat parsley anyway and think the salt improves it.

I also eat horesradish regularly as a condiment.

@serge Horseradish is a great replacement for mustard. I'm a mustard addict.
