76,900/0.25 = 307,600 wafers
Assuming one wafer per Sunday: 52 wafers/yr
Plus holy days like Easter, Christmas, etc: 12/yr
Total wafers consumed per year: 64
307,600/64 = 4,806 years

If a person started taking Holy Communion at the moment of Jesus' crucifixion, and continued to take Communion every year all the way up to the present day, it will still take them another 362 years before they've even eaten half a Jesus.

@Lana What is the minimum viable Jesus? That is, if, hypothetically, Jesus lost a leg due to disease or injury years prior to their crucifixion, the body weight in your calculations would be less by one leg.
