Soo.. day after workys is givin extra this morning.. boss last night said we got corp visiting so I did extra and this morning ouch+. Itll work itself out.

No gottas for the week so thats good. I should get out and do some Asheville since weather looks decent for a while..

Oh.. I am kickin around a burrito project. I got ground beef and thinkin about makin like 20ish burritos to freeze.

@avlcharlie It never occurred to me that I could make my own frozen burritos. This might be in my future.

Enjoy those mountains up close while the weather's good. Until I get another free weekend, I'll just have to keep admiring them on the horizon from the bottom of the hill.

Ive found you can stretch the meat with about equal parts rice and a buncha spices and cheese. Super cheap easy 😊
