Warframe Fun Facts that no one needs to know:

  • Koumei's dice are loaded, they roll 6s more often than a fair dice would.
  • Getting on Merulina makes Yareli invulnerable for 4 seconds. Spamming this is called Fish Gating.
  • All Vomvalyst kills are headshots. This is not useful information since they can only be killed with amps, which don't have access to headshot buffs.
The faster you go with Gauss' Mach Rush the wider your FoV gets. This used to be uncapped, letting you see behind you while using it.
Most dagger, dual dagger, and sparring weapons increase your move speed slightly when equipped.
You can kinda strafe-run for extra speed with archwings and Titania's razorwing by going up/down + forward at the same time.
Alad V has swapped sides five times to save his own ass and yet still calls tenno "The Betrayers"
Lotus is a support spirit in Super Smash Bros Ultimate's singleplayer modes
Adversaries will despawn if you don't stab them, Coda will get up a couple of times first. This wastes everyone else's time since it prevents their adversaries from spawning while you refuse to press buttons
There is a fish under the floor in the helminth room in the orbiter. Purpose unknown.
You can stand in the engine/reactor thing in one of the two tiered rooms in the corpus ship tileset.
When it turns on it will kill you instantly, no bleedout timer.
The foundry makes a sparking noise when something being crafted is on screen. Only if it's on screen, scrolling away stops the noise even though it's still crafting.
Rivens let you get a penalty to projectile speed on some weapons. -100% projectile speed makes shots hover in the air. Negatives bigger than that make shots go backwards.
rivens also let you get less than 1 multishot, giving a chance to shoot 0 bullets. I think they patched this though?
Roath, an affable war criminal from a long dead empire, is voiced by René Zagger, who's better known for his work in FFXIV voicing Emet-Selch, an affable war criminal from a long dead empire
John Prodman has been Anyo Corp's employee of the month every month since 2017
Change of plans; Ignore your original objective, leave nothing alive.
You can't sell quest items, except Xoris, for some reason. It's a very good weapon so you shouldn't anyway but you can. It costs 145,000 fucking rep with Simaris to get a new one
Twin kohmaks have a base status chance of 69%
    (nice)
There is no arachnophobia setting. Have fun getting teamed with randoms who use Oraxia
orokin catalysts, reactors, and cells all use the same icon, just rotated and recoloured
You can rename any weapon at Rude Zuud (for ranged) and Hok (for melee), not just kitguns and zaws.
Including to names of things that already exist
Dante and Koumei are the only two regular frames that speak.
Dante speaks voidtongue when using abilities (which isn't actually a language and doesn't really count imo)
Koumei says things in japanese (which I don't understand so I don't know what she's saying)
@Nerts uriel also does voidtongue & nokko can say his name (as a sprodling anyway)
@blaurascon ...how does uriel know void tongue? (don't tell me I haven't finished that quest)
And I think Nokko is just called Nokko because that's the noise he makes. like a pokemon

@Nerts nightcap gave nokko his name

for uriel each of his abilities has a voidtongue word on cast and his 4 says the previous 3 together (razuul-tarat kanummu), and one of his demons says some voidtongue on summon (which i have not heard in game but there's clips on the wiki)

also in some of loid's dialogue about dante, he mentions that warframes can't speak, as a rule (dante can write though and apparently writes beautifully)

friend and i have debated whether that means they are rendered physically incapable of speech (likely, given. gestures vaguely) or if it's an imposed restriction

they do seem to be capable of some level of strained telepathy (stalker, dagath, chroma potentially)

@blaurascon I think the originals are capable of communicating (like Dagath as described by grandmother, other backstory frames) and are held back by a lack of mouth/throat/lungs mainly, but the craftable frames players use are copies and have had individuality and initiative stripped out of them, which is why they generally don't speak (Umbra is a secret 3rd thing)

@Nerts ooo yea that'd make sense

dante's leverian is very sad and also very concerning if you havent listened to the final entry btw
