HarfBuzz 13.0.0 released with new experimental features: `hb-vector` for vector output of glyph outlines to SVG and `hb-raster` for rasterizing glyphs to A8 / BGRA32 images, among other features.

@julianh @behdad @dysfun The most disheartening news of all to me was that Mastodon itself allows some AI "generated" code... I went open source and decentralized to get away from this stuff, and now I can't even recommend Mastodon with full confidence? What the fuck.
