🗣️ Is communication necessary for intelligence?

If a species could think but never share its thoughts with others, even of the same species, would we still call it intelligent?

Much of what we define as intelligence depends on interaction, like language, symbols, or shared meaning. But what if intelligence could exist in complete isolation, silent and self-contained? Would we even be able to recognize it? 📡
