@zzzeek I wouldn't call this "all green" - they are clearly having a bad time. But they're claiming no _current_ problems.

@zzzeek I considered putting this page on my bookmarks toolbar but what's the point, it lies most of the time.
(I expect the issues I'm looking at probably localized somehow, and not a global problem, but who knows)
@zzzeek I think it was just my PR that got bugged (no actions would run no matter what I did); recreating it from scratch fixed it. 🙄
