Does anyone have hay fever tips (for Berlin) outside of getting an air purifier? do I have to live with the windows closed at all time?

London, Brooklyn, Portland were all fine for me, but pollens in Berlin springs are the bane of my existence. :(

@muan this plus carefully overdosing on modern nasal spray antihistamines. Takes three days to set in, but the diffenece is substantial. Happy to recommend brands and dosages.
@janl ah ok. I’ve been upgraded to chronic rhinitis so have a prescription spray. :(
@muan I’m sorry. I’ve developed airing+filtering strategies that go room-by-room when I am not in that room to make sure I get fresh and filtered air during the day somehow, but it is a bit of a thing
@janl wow sounds involved. Is there not window screen type of solutions?

@muan there are, but I am fighting the additional pests of smoking neighbours and traffic Feinstaub.

It is not too involved for the brnefits (CO2/air exchange, cooldown) for opening windows and moving the filter a fee times.
