the new image-animation css property is so cool wtf

i don't think you've ever been able to pause GIFs on the web before, this is such an accessibility win!!

@rebane2001 yes finally we won't need to have a backend to extract a frame of images to freeze it/convert it to a video!

Though I suppose it's going to be some time before it even could be used since it will be a while before all browsers adopt it
