AI in the enterprise. Claude gave fundamentally wrong instructions to fix an issue, the customer followed the instructions without thinking, trashing a server.

Customer be like: "It so confidently and beautifully put together an action plan on how to fix this."

Product support: "it was completely wrong."

@leyrer really wish people could at least stick to the correct capitalization; "Ai" means either "love" (as in the kanji 愛) or literally the name "Ai" (also japanese). Not that there isn't also a name "Al" (lowercase L) ​​

@leyrer tut mir leid, dachte das "really wish..." würde rüberbringen, dass ich verstehe dass viele den Kontext dazu garnicht haben, aber es mich persönlich schon relativ häufig irritiert/verwirrt ​​
