Reading another article about kids of the 60s and resilience and blablah.

I can tell you, most 60s kids who are now 60s adults would be *fucking crushed* by 2026 times if they were not already comfortably insulated.

I'm motivated to break into a long avoided topic and write about parenting... and stuff...

with no apologies, the whole "adults are more resilient because 1960s parenting" is so much horseshit. Especially given the utter fragility and brittleness of predominantly men raised in those times.

Its money idiots. 60s kids by and large grew into a hey leave school and walk into fat paycheck forever job culture.

Press just for a moment and the unresolved trauma will flow...

The rest you can pay me for. Or wait another two years for the essay thats already been in draft for two years. Really, just pay me.

OK one more obvious rant: So much 1950s and 1960s resilience! we are having world war 3 now because of the huge amounts of resilience** developed in that era

**deep and unresolved male trauma effectively stunting emotional development at possibly kindergarten level if I'm generous. YES it can be resolved. It needs uncomfortable work, and willingness to *do* the work, be uncomfortable.
