@EdwinG The city of Ottawa likely has an archives serction which may know when Tremblay Rd was created and how name was chosen.

However, not sure this area was part of the city of Ottawa when that road was created.
BTW, in the 1980s, the station was more refered to being *at* Alta Vista (now Vanier Parkway to north and Riverside to south of 417). Alta Vista now just a disconnected stub that no longer reached the 417 interchange. Pic from 1976
