I am forced to use Al at work, and boy do I ever. When it inevitably fails, and leadership asks for a root cause analysis, I put the meeting notes into an LLM and let it document its own mistakes. When my boss says that's not good enough, 1 put their complaint into a new prompt and the cycle continues. They are literally asking for it.
