I made/ate ~3L of soup today, and I'm STILL hungry, to the point of not being able to sleep.

Ok the soup was mostly broth with seasonings, leftover shredded carrots, and mung bean noodles, not necessriily the most hearty stuff, but nonetheless.

@ladyteruki you drank water, love. One carrot and few peas is not enough for even a meal. I'm sorry to say: feeling hungry is nothing unexpected.
@ladyteruki some of the most satiating foods are boiled potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, fish, legumes, and Greek yogurt.
So a bean, lentil, pea & potato stew should be very filling if you can find the ingredients for a reasonable price.
Could potentially make it stretch further with the addition of some cheap instant noodles which typically come with the broth powder too, should be able to find deals like 5 packs for ~€1,20
@ladyteruki I've eaten noodles + tinned mixed vegetables, sometimes with soup powder and a little black pepper/chilli, so many times I can't count; it works out at like £1.70-£2.00/day for two fairly filling meals, and sometimes if I was still hungry I'd have peanut butter and jam sandwich/on toast as a sweet snack also.
Not necessarily ideal in terms of Recommended Intake, though I do take multivitamins and stuff as well; adding an egg to the noodles would be good for covering protein intake.
