Lauren WeinsteinJames Burke's "Connections" (1979 in the U.S.) is undoubtedly one of the finest educational series ever produced for television, only slightly diminished by his wearing of a (then fashionable) white leisure suit throughout.
slash@lauren Agreed. I decided to re-buy 3 important series: 1) Connections, 2) The Ascent of Man, 3) The Body In Question. The first two should arrive soon.
That last one is proving hard to come by. I'm not sure why. It's as brilliant as the other two.
