Videocard should cost $200-300. I refuse to pay more.

I felt the same way, but I rode the last one for a decade. I finally jumped on a 9060 XT 16GB at 375. The 8GB is that cost now. eBay has them for $300, but I would spend the extra $25 on the protection plan
