Have leftover tomato paste after a recipe? Of course you do! Here's a smart way save it to use later.

-Take a piece of parchment paper.
-Place on top of a plate.
-Drop tablespoon blobs of tomato paste on top of parchment.
-Put the plate with tomato paste in the freezer.
-Once frozen, remove from parchment.
-Put frozen blobs in a freezer safe container or bag and put back in the freezer.

Voilà! Recipe friendly, waste free 🍅

You can do the same with miso paste, or,
if you buy garlic on sale, crush it with the flat blade of a knife and portion it onto parchment paper, freeze , bag, and return to the freezer.
