While good wouldn't it be better if we had ENCOURAGED the purchase of EVs instead of fuel guzzling SUVs?

@podsrover @ArrestJK didn't they make some dumb plan to install an infinite amount of chargers when they canceled the clean car discount? And haven't they made something close to 0% progress on this?
Rupert V/@ArrestJK Actually the plan is to give $50 million to a couple of companies and hope they use it to install more chargers.
