@MatthewTitus88 Basically the natural trumpet is played only on the harmonics, the 'pedal' note is way down there. The first playable octave is not a scale but a basic chord. Above the harmonics get close enough together to play a scale.

@Dianora @MatthewTitus88 My bass has so many harmonics, I set it up so it probably isn't proper. I think I can't get the 2 octave A harmonic, or at least it sounds EXACTLY like the 1 octave harmonic to my ear #BassAsAharmonicFactory #BaroqueSun .

@otheorange_tag @MatthewTitus88 Circle of fifths... isn't hence why we have tempered the notes on a keyboard instrument. And why a natural trumpet has some odd sounding to our modern ears tuning..
