Current events certainly inspire this kind of reaction, but know this: democracy is only ‘mostly dead’ as long as it lives on in the heart of a people willing to sacrifice, struggle, and resist for the sake of freedom.

@CommonSparrow It gives me so much joy that the novel considered unfilmable for so long has become a timeless classic film.

(also, to anyone who hasn't read the novel: It's even better than the movie!)
