I’ve been trying to figure out the recipe for Oat Flips*, specifically the Farmhouse Biscuits ones. Their ones are very nice but hard to buy where I live (easy to get where I grew up). I think I’ve got it most of the way there.

* there is a recipe for so-called Oat Flips that’s easy to find online and it is very much Not It.
