I've deleted my Vivaldi Mastodon account, wasn't getting any engagement there from my editing community or anyone. I posted about my cat's death and no one responded. For a month.

I started a Mastodon Social account for greater search results (I don't know why my reach on my instance is so limited!), and there are no active #OldNorse or #ScandiMyth accounts I'm missing! It's just me, I dominate these hashtags. So that's a solo path and I can't expect it to be anything else.

I'm going to refine my intent and goals for my Rúnskrá accounts on Mastodon and Bluesky (Instagram is a visual supplement) and change my mindset. There is no option for engagement, it's too rare a topic in the Fediverse. I just have to walk into the woods alone, singing my song for its own sake, for my sake.

I don't want to let go of Size Riot and relinquish it to domain squatters. It'll just be weird to have a Norse-focused instance called Size Riot. That's how it has to be.
